Your CBD Store is looking to fill a retail sales position at our store located inside the Lindale mall. This position is 2-3 days per week (14-21 hrs). The days we are looking to fill are Monday, Wednesday and Sunday. The shift will be from 11a-6/7p, you must be able to stay for the entire shift. Ideal candidate must be dependable, reliable, outgoing, energetic, self-motivated and able to work without supervision. Knowledge in CBD or strong willingness to learn is a MUST! Paid training is provided at the store, training is only 4 days, so would need someone who is a quick learner and can pay attention to detail. This is not a commission job, but we do offer bonuses. Starting pay is $11 per hour with wage increase after 60 days of perfect attendance and punctuality. This position has potential to develop into full-time with right person!

• Listening to the customers, educating them on the benefits of our products, guide them through product sampling, answer any questions they may have about our products and recommend solutions!
• Provide a superior customer experience and ensure customer retention
• Stay up-to-date on new products
• Meet daily/monthly sales goals
• Accurately record and maintain store inventory
• Accurately ring up transactions
